A: The client can click on asset icons to view details, create and track service tickets, and request support from the service team.

A: Yes, the client can submit change requests and new work orders which notify the account team for follow-up.

A: The service team keeps asset data, documents, maintenance logs etc. updated throughout the asset lifecycle. The client sees updated information.
Q: Who owns the data in LiveBuilt?
A: The client retains ownership of all data. The service team has access to maintain and update it on the client's behalf.
Q: What is the LiveBuilt feature and how can I access it?
A: LiveBuilt is the final stage of project development that a client user can interact with. This is where a client user can visually see a floor plan on the OneSurvey app after the work has been completed, and all elements are visible. Clicking on elements provides information such as the label, and certain elements like cameras can display a Live video feed.
Q: Can I see the final results of deployment and installation in the LiveBuilt stage?
A: Yes, the LiveBuilt Module is designed for clients to view the final results of deployment and installation, including all design concepts, elements, and before-and-after pictures. It also displays the finalized requirements implemented on site.
Q: How can I submit a report in the LiveBuilt stage?
A: After clicking on an element on a survey in the LiveBuilt stage, you can see the report button. This allows you to submit a report, and a service consultant will assist you. You can input the information and explain what you need service with. This generates the ticket that appears on the organization admin or account managers Tickets window in OneSurvey.
Q: Can I move icons or alter hardware designations on the floor plan in the LiveBuilt stage?
A: No, in the LiveBuilt stage, you can click on icons but cannot move them or alter hardware designations on the floor plan. However, you can create a report detailing updates, changes, or additions that need to be made.
