All students in Coach Eichelberger's and Coach Kallhoff's 9th grade PE/Health and 10-12 grade Conditioning Classes.
When you log into PLT4M we've added two new "At Home" workouts to your account. We would encourage you to look this over and possibly attempt a couple of workouts suggested for the next couple of days for enrichment activities. On April 6th, we will be giving out weekly assignments on Monday mornings that will be expected to be done for credit by 4:00 pm each Thursday.
Once you're on PLT4M you must go to the workout assigned and after you complete each exercise, hit the Finish button, and once you are finished with the workout, hit END WORKOUT. This will log in your completion and attendance for your grade! You'll only be assigned two assignments/workouts per week that will roughly take about 30-40 minutes, but we suggest doing a couple more if you plan on maintaining or building any strength.

BOYS AND GIRLS JH PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Please fill out the form to track your physical activity assignments for the week. You will need to complete (2) separate exercise workouts from Monday to Thursday. Once both are completed, you must fill out this document and submit to receive your PE grade for the week. These forms are in the link below and have also been emailed to every student.
The daily recommended amount of activity per day is 60 minutes. Our class periods at O'Neill are 50 minutes in length with 30-35 minutes of actual activity and that's what we expect per day until we are back in school. We believe with everything else that is going on right now that two assignments will be sufficient and is not asking too much.
We have provided numerous opportunities for you to complete this task while we are not actually meeting at school. You do NOT have to do these activities as these are just ideas and if you're looking to mix things up. If you decide to do something that is not listed, please type the activity in the proper box.
Please use the following list to take you to different sections in this form. The data collection section (last) will be important for you to complete each time. Again by submitting this form, will be the only way we track that your PE homework for the week has been completed!
