In order to ensure that every student has the opportunity to be successful, the district will utilize ARP funding in the following manner:
Participation in the TN All Corps tutoring program;
High quality math & reading interventions will ensure that students are receiving the supports they need to be on grade level;
After-school programs will offer students additional supports and opportunities to grow;
Additional summer school supports will provide students with additional opportunities to get the help they need to be successful.
In order to mitigate any learning loss students may have experienced due to school closures or quarantines related to COVID-19, the district will utilize ARP funding in the following manner:
High quality computer-based intervention and enrichment programs that target the individual skills deficits of each student (Imagine Learning & Edgenuity);
After-school & summer-school programs to offer students additional supports and opportunities to grow.
Technology is becoming more important in schools, especially when virtual learning is necessary. The district will utilize ARP funding in the following manner:
Student devices - desktop and laptop computers to be utilized during school hours;
Anti-virus software to ensure that all devices are protected;
Promethean Boards for teachers to facilitate interactive learning;
Security camera upgrades to aide in contact tracing and school security.
We want our students to have the best schools possible. The district will utilize ARP funding for the following projects:
A new Student Wellness Center will be constructed on the campus of Oneida Elementary School. This facility will consist of additional classroom, office, and physical education space which will increase the amount of services, supports, and activities available for our students.
