These are platforms where individuals do gig-work. Essentially, they offer a service and you tell them your needs, give them content, and they do the work for you at a cost, but lower cost than an agency.

The highest option is a professional service agency, where the company has teams of developers and treats you as a client to define the project and execute it on your behalf. This is usually the most expensive. Fingent has done work for many Christian organizations.
