Regular appointments are available Monday– Thursday, 8 am-4 pm, Friday, 8 am–5 pm, Saturday, 9 am-1 pm, Sunday- closed. We offer evening and weekend testing for an additional after-hours flat fee of $ 75 in addition to the test cost. We also offer emergency testing arriving within 1hr of call for a flat fee of $125 in addition to the test cost.

We are based in Merrillville, Indiana, and serve all of Lake, Porter, and LaPorte Counties. We offer mobile services and can also test at your site.

Any paperwork from your employer, probation officer, or legal agency
For DNA tests: all tested individuals must bring ID; minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian

We offer 5-panel and 10-panel drug screens. All tests are compliant with state and federal standards and include temperature checks and on-site results.

Yes. All appointments must be paid in advance to secure your time. No-shows will not be refunded unless canceled 24+ hours in advance.

Instant tests provide results in 15–30 minutes. Lab-based tests take 1–3 business days, depending on the panel and lab.

Absolutely. We offer mobile drug screening services throughout Northwest Indiana. A travel fee may apply based on your distance from our main office.
