Meet the Founder
Barbara Carpure is the powerhouse CEO behind One Choice Screening, LLC—a dynamic entrepreneur with a mission to serve, protect, and uplift her community through accessible, professional health and safety services.
A proud Indiana native, Barbara is a certified drug test and DNA collector as well as a DOT & DNA trainer, backed by years of experience in healthcare and community housing. She’s the visionary behind several impact-driven companies, including a non-medical home care agency, a housing program for re-entry men and veterans, and now, a fully operational mobile and onsite drug screening business.
Barbara is passionate about creating real solutions for real people—whether that’s ensuring employers maintain drug-free workplaces or helping families find peace of mind through DNA testing. She brings compassion, faith, and professionalism to every client she serves and is committed to building long-term partnerships across Lake, Porter, and LaPorte Counties.
