Ocean Network Express will begin notify you regarding leased containers we are targeting to off hire that you are in position of or have an ONE work order to for. The automated messages will be triggered on the out gate or ONE work order creation. The message will container all relevant return delivery information. The subject of the messages will look like: "Import Container - Please Return <Container # > to Off-Hire Location <Leasing Co. Name>"

Please take special note of these messages as ONE will also be shutting these units out from normal CY return. We intend to give you as much notice as possible for your planning. Agents are available between 8:30 and 5:00 local time.
