Q: Can I drop off a container at a different facility in the same city?

A: It is mandated that the container is dropped off at the location designated. There are no exceptions.

Q: I have a (NYK, MOL, K Line) container and www.returnlocation.com wont show any updates for container return, what should I do?

A: As of April 1st, 2018, NYK, MOL and K Line have effectively merged to operate as Ocean Network Express (ONE). All NYK, MOL, K Line containers are now property of Ocean Network Express; one will need to select "ONE Line" on www.returnlocation.com to find return/pickup information.

Q: I am returning a damaged container, who should I contact in regards of liability?

A: Please contact ONE Claims for any empty damaged containers.
