Please ensure you are not returning Shipper Owned (Click Here) or Off Hire containers (Click Here).
If you are able to establish an appointment in the terminal system then the container is "ON HIRED" and it is not necessary to request an on hire to ONE.
Same day appointments may be limited and securing appointments in advance is strongly encouraged

ONE Operations App
We'd like to invite you to be one the first truckers to have access to our new ONE NA Operations App. We believe the app is a new standard in customer satisfaction and vendor interface with a focus on first and last mile optimization and transparency in order to meet the needs and deliver satisfaction that exceeds expectations.
We have also added a NEW FEATURE to the app based on the current challenges we are facing in the LAX area with empty returns. You will now be able to use the app to make an empty return appointment at selected depots when activated. We only activate depots with such a system when absolutely necessary based on high congestion. Please watch the videos below to learn more about the app and the appointment system.
