Otsego Northern Catskills Board of Cooperative Educational Services is based in the upper Susquehanna River valley and the northern Catskills mountains.

Supporting 19 regional districts in a geographical range the size of Rhode Island, our BOCES supports in everything from vocational and special education programs to school library and instructional support services. 

Model Schools is a co-ser under the Instructional Support Services department.
