The Seal of Biliteracy is a credential that provides documentation of language skills in two languages (English + Partner Language). It is earned through externally validated language testing that certifies a globally recognized level of language fluency or proficiency. It can be used to provide competency-based or advance language placement as well as provide an employer with a credential documenting language skills for hiring or pay differentials for language.
