The Rosetta Bootcamp++ is an advanced, developer-focused training to develop biomolecular modeling and design methods within the Rosetta codebase or PyRosetta.

Rosetta Bootcamp++: Morning of Monday, November 3 till evening of Friday, November 7, 2025

Intermediate to advanced users and developers of Rosetta, PyRosetta, or RosettaScripts. Participants must be computationally savvy, able to script, and interact with the command line. Familiarity with Python and basic data visualization and analysis of Rosetta output is required.
Attendance is covered for Rosetta Commons lab members and trainees. This includes airfare, hotel, and catering for breakfast, lunch, and breaks. You are responsible for covering dinners throguhout the week, food during travel, and ground transportation to and from the airport. Rosetta Commons will cover a group dinner on Friday night. Attendees must first apply to attend the Bootcamp. Application Deadline: September 5, 2025
Once you receive an email with your acceptance, you will have to fill out the registration form. Registration Deadline: September 19, 2025
You will also receive instructions to book your flights. Please book your flights as soon as you receive the information to avoid price hikes. Travel Booking Deadline: October 3, 2025
