Please visit Summer RosettaCon Travel Guide for more information. Please note that for this event, the travel dates are extended before and after Summer RosettaCon to August 1 arrival and August 9 departure.
Each attendee is responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare. Please inquire with your PI and home institution about reimbursements. The nearest airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). We recommend booking airfare as soon as possible to avoid price increases.
For attendees awarded a travel grant, our travel agent will book flights on your behalf. Please follow the instructions in the email you receive regarding your travel grant, as privately booked flights cannot be reimbursed.
Request a visa letter for travel.
