Each attendee is responsible for booking and paying for their own airfare. Please inquire with your PI and home institution about reimbursements. The nearest airport is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). We recommend booking airfare as soon as possible to avoid price increases.
For attendees awarded a travel grant, our travel agent will book flights on your behalf. Please follow the instructions in the email you receive regarding your travel grant, as privately booked flights cannot be reimbursed.

Academics: Lodging will be provided in shared rooms at the University of Washington dorms courtesy of Rosetta Commons.
Industry: Lodging is available as part of the group at the University Inn – StayPineapple Hotel or at another location of your choosing.
Academics: for those staying in the dorms, you have meal pass access with your stay for the following meals:
Breakfast: 8/2, 8/3, 8/8, 8/9
Lunch: 8/2, 8/3, 8/8
Dinner: 8/1, 8/2, 8/7, 8/8
Industry: If you are lodged independently off-site, we don't have a meal plan for you but you are welcome to join at the cafeteria, where you can use a credit card to pay.
We are excited that Summer RosettaCon 2026 and the How to Train Your Model events will take place at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Most event activities will take place in the Husky Union Building (HUB), but our workshop is nearby but on the other side of 1st Street (Alder Hall).
