Battle of the Books

A Battle of the Books’ team consists of two to four members from  fourth or fifth grade. Students interested in participating will begin meeting in October and meet periodically during their recess with their coaches to create teams, read & discuss the books, and practice.  In January, teams will battle each other by taking team tests on the books. The winning team from OES will represent our school in the statewide online battle held the last week in February. There will be a celebration for all participants at the local level!
