A yoga class would typically cost $15; however in support of the yoga community we have adopted a "pay what you can" model. If you can not afford $15, then pay less. If you have more to give then consider paying more to cover the cost for someone else.
Please register for class in advance by visiting the Class Schedule and Sign Up page. Be sure to fill out the online waiver before attending a class or arrive early to fill it out in person.* Call or text 303-918-5700 to sign up for the class(es) you want. Make sure you speak with someone or receive a confirming message. Then pay cash at class or via Venmo @ponderosaplains.
*You only need to fill this form out once unless your health changes.
Registration: Since our classes are held at a private residence you must pre-register by contacting us via email, text or phone at least four hours in advance. Please fill out the online waiver in advance of coming to class and advise the instructor of any changes in your health.
Cancellation: Please notify us of your cancellation as soon as possible by calling or texting 303-918-5700 or by emailing registration@omontherangeco.com
Class Length: All online classes are one hour long unless otherwise noted on the calendar.
Late Arrival/Early Departure: Anyone arriving late should enter quietly and take a couple of minutes to warm up on their own before joining the class. Early departures need only leave.
Props: We provide mats, straps, blocks, blankets, and bolsters. Please clean and put away items you borrow.
Attire: Students should well comfortable clothing that stretches when you move. Tops and shorts should be form fitting. Longer pants may be loose. We advise students to practice yoga in bare feet to avoid slipping, but socks are acceptable in the studio. If you must wear shoes, please discuss this with the instructor in advance.
Medical Information: Your instructor is not a physician, but your instructor can help you get more out of your practice if they know about any ongoing or temporary health conditions. Your instructor will not discuss or disclose any information you have shared privately. Your instructor may require a doctor’s release before allowing you to join a class. Please fill out the online waiver in advance of coming to class and advise the instructor of any changes in your health.
Safety: You are the world’s leading authority on your own body. Much of yoga is about building a mind body connection and personal awareness. If you feel unsafe, uncomfortable or unwell in any pose, immediately stop what you are doing. Let your instructor know if you need assistance or would like an alternative posture.
