(PBIS) Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports

What is PBIS? Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports are meant to create common language across our entire Olivet Community Schools District in hopes of creating an environment students can trust. Each school has adopted their own set of expectations related to the needs of students and in the interest of consistency with behavioral expectations across the entire building. FPE uses the acronym, S.O.A.R. Which stands for Safe, On Track, Act Responsibly, and Respectful. Students engage in lessons in all areas of the school related to these common words and phrases.
