Home Opportunities

+ Distance Learning Lessons

Let’s CRAFT a Poem!

A school is a busy place and many students often have after-school commitments with their families. I try to offer opportunities for home that are joyful and productive. Alfie Kohn, a well known researcher in the education world says, "There is absolutely no evidence of any academic benefit from assigning homework in elementary or middle school." I take this to heart. I find a larger benefit to a child's academic success is how well you and I communicate.
