Erica Carr, LCSW (she/her/hers) obtained her MSW from UCONN in 2011 and has been practicing clinically since that time. Her work experience began with emergency mobile crisis response, where she provided immediate support to youth and families during critical moments and responded to broader community crisis events. She then gained further experience supporting families by delivering outpatient services directly in their homes. Over the past ten years, her work has focused on helping individuals with Medicaid navigate and access essential community resources. Throughout her career, she has also held multiple management roles, where she focused on empowering her team members to serve clients with compassion, clinical expertise, and by viewing individuals as whole beings navigating complex situations.Â
