Creating a general awareness about our environment and Society is an integral part of kindergarten education. Activity based learning is always more effective and efficient. To make learning more interesting 'Show and Tell 'activity was conducted for the learners.Our Little ones brought pictures, dressed up and confidently spoke a few lines related to different community helpers. Through this activity the young children learned to explain their views, developed confidence and also built effective communication and listening skills.

Introduction to syllable
Learners of K1 were introduced to "Syllable" a word which is divided into two or more parts .
Syllables were taught in a technique by clapping hands and wrist bump.
Learners did an amazing job by counting syllables in their names, they all came up with many different words like table,glass,clock,study table,etc and said the syllables for it.

Introduction to Rhyming words
Rhyming words are two or more words that have the same or similar ending sound. Rhyming words help children to easily remember words. Kids think playing with words that rhyme is fun, so they stay engaged in learning longer. And they're right! Rhyming also helps children learn about language.

Life cycle of plant
Teachers did a read aloud on "Amazing life cycle of a plant" book by Kay Barnham .This book was about the journey a young boy and girl as they find out about how plants grow and the incredible plant life cycle story. From tiny seeds to small shoots, long branches and mighty tree trunks, explored the life cycle of plants and our learners found out what plants need to help them grow.
