Collaborative Vision

Oliver Scholars is committed to fostering and cultivating a community where 100% of Oliver Scholars Alumni are engaged in a lifelong partnership with the Oliver Scholars Program in keeping with our mission to create a pipeline of highly-educated Black and Latinx servant leaders who positively impact their families, cities, countries, and the world.

Collaborative Mission

To ensure there is always a consistent, transparent, and mutually beneficial relationship between Oliver Scholars Alumni and the Oliver Scholars Program whereby:

• OSP Alumni are recognized, regarded, and respected as the living testament of the OSP mission;

• OSP Alumni have a standing invitation to co-create a community that values lifelong education, leadership development, and volunteer service opportunities in partnership with the organization and in alignment with the OSP foundational tenets of Scholarship, Leadership and Service;

• OSP Alumni are developed and encouraged to support the strategic priorities of the organization’s leadership via the Alumni Council so that they emerge as deeply connected and demonstrably invested volunteers, donors, and ambassadors for the organization.
