This week we will be learning our pencil strokes.  We will also be demonstrating our Math skills.    We will talk about how God gave us our friends.  We will discuss ways to be a good friend.

We are celebrating reading this week.  On Monday we will be going to our first library field trip.  We are very excited.  We also have the book fair this week.  We will be going on Wednesday morning.  If you are allowing your child to buy a book, please send the money in an envelope with your child's name clearly marked.  Pumpkin patch field trip forms are due on Friday.

We will be making our scarecrows on October 8.  We are asking you to send in an old set of your child's clothes (long sleeve shirt and long pants).  Please send them in a labelled bag.

We are asking that everyone send in a large Ziploc bag for your child's napmat.  This will protect the mat in our classroom and prevent any issues with them in the classroom.  Just a reminder that the napmat will be sent home in the bag every Friday.  Please send the mat back in the bag on Monday.
