We help Latinas lead their life and career paths and find roles that are aligned to their values, their purpose and their passions, so they can make the money they want to make, doing what they love, while having a bigger impact on the world.
OUR IMPACT

We identify, prepare, and help elevate Latina leaders across all industries throughout the U.S., Canada, Spain, Mexico, Colombia, and other LATAM countries
• International Corporations / Organizations
We work with Organizations to achieve higher levels of success by partnering with C-Level Executives and bring awareness and understanding to Corporate Leaders about the worth and value of Latinas in order to collaborate with Business Leaders and Employee Resource Groups in Strategy, Culture, Total Wellness, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts.
• Community
We serve Latinas in our communities by offering tools, resources, information and a limited quantity of scholarships to our Flagship Program to support their personal and professional development in preparedness to enter / return to the workforce.
