OLA details

DEPARTURE

We will be leaving OLA around 9:15 AM. Parents, please arrive no later than 8:45 as tickets will need to be distributed.  Students may wear a Phillies shirt/jersey with their gym uniform shorts. Parents, dress comfortably. 

Tickets will be distributed in OLA lobby. Unfortunately, we are in two different sections  413 and 427, so please be prepared. This is a very popular event, and we were unable to order until we had all our responses in, which held up the ordering process.

 Most chaperones will be assigned another student or two, depending on the seating arrangements.  I appreciate all of the chaperones who volunteered to attend this event. 

Many people brought their own lunches in last year. If you are choosing to do so, please read Citizen Bank's policies on this.. I have posted some of their policies below. If you are going to purchase food inside the stadium, please remember that the ballpark is cashless. 

WE will be leaving CBP at 4:30. All chaperones and students must take the bus provided to and from OLA. No exceptions. 

Bags

In an effort to expedite entry, guests are prohibited from bringing non-clear bags, including backpacks and draw-string bags, into the ballpark.

Only clutch purses and/or fanny packs (no larger than 5" x 7"), clear bags (no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"), medical bags, and diaper bags will be permitted into Citizens Bank Park.

All bags will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations.

PURCHASING FOOD

Please note, the ballpark is cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment. Reverse ATMs will be available behind section 123 on the main concourse and inside the New Era Phillies team store for fans to convert cash to a prepaid debit card. Additionally, concession coupons may be purchased separately ahead of the game for $10 ($12 value), $15 ($18 value), or $30 ($36 value).
