• No worries! Your orchestra director will help you in every step of the way!

Does the middle school orchestra practice early in the morning or after school?

• No, the classes meet during the school day as part of the regular schedule. Any special rehearsals are scheduled far in advance.

Do l have to buy an instrument?

• No, not usually. Please contact your school's orchestra director for more information.

Do I have to wear a uniform?

• In most cases, you will just wear your best dressy clothes for performances.

Can I be in sports or do other activities and be in orchestra?

• Of course you can! Orchestra class will not limit a student's ability to participate in other activities.
