The director of a HUD-funded or runaway and Homeless Youth ACT-funded shelter where you have stayed or received services
The financial aid administrator of the college where you are applying or where you attend
If you are a youth living in a shelter, motel, vehicle campground; on the street, in an abandoned building, or inadequate space; doubled-up temporally with other people because you have no where to stay; supporting yourself but on the verge of losing housing. Then you qualify as an independent student on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Apart from receiving aid through FAFSA many local colleges also assist students with funds through scholarships.
Food Stamps

Housing Authority
Section 8 housing, also known as Housing Authority, supports those with extremely low-incomes to find subsidized housing. This type of housing is provided through the Oklahoma City Housing Authority, which offers a helpful list of tools and resources to sign up for the service.
