If you are working the Five Step Plan then you are definitely on your way to a well managed classroom! 

However, THE biggest piece of the plan is this -- MONITORING.  We are not necessarily talking about what you just see from the podium or front of the class, but we are also talking about your set up, systems, and processes. Are they working for everyone? Any tweaking that needs to be done?
