If you are working the Five Step Plan then you are definitely on your way to a well managed music classroom! 

However, THE biggest piece of the plan is this -- growth through reflection.  We are not necessarily talking about what you just see or hear from the podium or front of the class, but we are also talking about your set up, systems, and processes. Are they working for everyone? Any tweaking that needs to be done?

Sometimes what works for someone else just doesn't work for you and your situation. Comparing yourself to others often leads to disappointment. As the saying goes, "Comparison is the thief of joy."
