The MPO is happy to offer dinner orders during Band Camp!

Welcome parents/guardians to the 2026 Marching Band season and to our first fundraiser of the season! Below is a fantastic opportunity to support the MPO and feed your kiddos during band camp.

The MPO will once again be offering our MS and HS students the opportunity to order dinner during marching band camp. The choices include: pizza from Giovanni's and chicken sandwiches or nuggets from Chick-fil-A. Orders can be placed any single night, multiple nights, or for the entire camp (8 nights for MS/9 nights for HS). Students are always welcome to pack their own dinners.

The MPO will be providing dinner during the Fall Preview show, Friday, August 14th, so no pizza/CFA orders will be needed for that evening. 

The cost for each dinner is $9.00. All dinners come with chips and a bottle of water.

To place orders for Middle School students, first visit the MS dinner order form. 

Once you’ve placed your food order, visit the MS payment page to make your payment. 

To place orders for High School students, first visit the HS dinner order form. 

Once you’ve placed your food order, visit the HS payment page to make your payment. 

Dinners will not be considered ordered unless both the dinner form is completed and payment is made. The deadline to order dinners is Saturday, July 25th. Unfortunately, the MPO will not be able to provide refunds for missed dinners. 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Parents, looking for a way to pitch in and help during band camp? We need 1 volunteer to pick up the Chick-fil-A order each evening and bring it to the HS, 1 volunteer to pick up the pizza order, and 1 additional person as an extra set of hands to help hand out dinners to our hungry musicians.
