Cavalcade

Help prepare, serve, and sell food and drinks throughout the event. Concessions are a major part of our fundraising, and we need plenty of hands to keep things moving during the busy times. 

Help direct traffic, assist with parking, keep areas organized, and help guests find where they need to go around campus. These behind-the-scenes jobs are essential to keeping a large event like Cavalcade running smoothly and safely.  

We need donations to help stock storage for our concessions. These small contributions add up and help us provide a great experience for visiting bands, volunteers, and guests. 

We are asking our band families to help by donating food, drinks, desserts, and other hospitality items. Every donation helps us create a comfortable place where visiting staff can grab something to eat, take a break, and recharge throughout the day.
