OHbreathe appreciates the support of families, alumni, local organizations, and community members to continue providing meaningful workshops and speakers for Ottawa Hills students and staff. Whether you contribute financially, connect us with a speaker, or share your skills through a workshop, your support helps us create experiences that strengthen well-being and build connections throughout our school.
Know someone whose experiences or expertise could benefit our students? Community members can recommend a speaker, connect our team with one, sponsor a speaker’s fee, or offer to present themselves.
We welcome professionals, alumni, community leaders, and others who can speak meaningfully about topics such as mental health, personal growth, resilience, relationships, leadership, wellness, or navigating life beyond high school.
We are always looking for community members who can introduce students and teachers to practical, accessible ways to manage stress and support their well-being. Workshops are approximately 55 minutes and should teach an activity or technique that participants can continue using outside of school.
Past workshops have included yoga, art, dance, exercise, nature activities, reading, puzzles, service projects, and other creative or restorative activities. No formal teaching experience is required—our team will help coordinate the session and provide guidance.
Every contribution (whether it is funding materials, introducing us to an inspiring speaker, or sharing a meaningful activity) helps OHbreathe reach the Ottawa Hills community.
