SESSION 1
At the very start of the self-awareness journey is Insights Discovery. A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.

SESSION 2
This cohort will have the opportunity to take a deeper dive into wellbeing topics that mean the most to you. Each session is designed to enhance professional wellbeing, strengthen team culture, and empower veterinary professionals to lead with purpose, clarity, and confidence. Participants will be asked to select two sessions and once all cohort members have voted, the top two sessions selected by majority vote will be included in your final experience. SESSION 3
Leadership is a set of learnable skills. One of the most valuable frameworks for leadership development is
through the domains of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and
relationship management. Within these four domains are 12 specific skills that can be learned to increase
knowledge and proficiency in leadership. Additional skills that are essential for leadership success include
communication, giving and receiving feedback, asking the right questions, and developing a leadership
mindset.
Effective veterinary leaders help create a culture of trust, increase employee engagement, enhance employee well-being, and create successful veterinary teams, practices, and organizations.

Organized veterinary medicine provides opportunities to cultivate both being a leader in your profession, and to ensure a collective voice is heard on matters of importance. Using some past and current examples we'll explore how your colleagues contributed to make big differences in the direction of their organization as well guiding successful public policy outcomes.
