Needs Based Assessment Data: is a survey completed by students, parents, teachers and/or administrators that offers a data-informed direction for a comprehensive school counseling program.
Achievement-related Data : This type of data measure things related to academic success (ex. attendance, suspension/expulsion, office referrals, drug and alcohol, etc.
Student Data: This data tracks student progress and drives possible program goals to positively impact student learning (Grade point averages, Standardized test data, Graduation rate, etc.)
Disaggregated Data: This examines students subgroups (ethnicity, sex, ESL, Sped., etc.) in relation to student success and achievement. We use this data to identify under served populations and under performing students to develop actions steps to address needs.
