Fourth Grade

Dear Parents,
With the soft closure of the school, our fourth-grade team has put together the following expectations and assignments to ensure learning continues throughout the next few weeks. Fulfilling these assignments will be the method we use to take attendance. It is essential that your student continues learning at home to ensure that the school year is not extended past May 24th and that your student is proficient in 4th-grade skills by the end of the year.
Breakfast and lunch will be served for free during this two week period. Anyone under the age of 18 can use this free service. Breakfast will be served 7:30-8:30 and lunch is 11-1.
Packets and personal items can be picked up on Wednesday. If you do not have an electronic device, the pickup schedule for that is:
Students with last name A-F: 10:00 am-11:00 am
Students with last name G-M: 11:00 am-Noon
Students with last name N-R: Noon-1:00 pm
Students with last name S-Z: 1:00 pm-2:00 pm
The library will also be open to check-in/out books this Wednesday during previously stated times. School hours during the closure will be 9-2. Teachers will be available by appointment only during that time. You may also email, google chat, or call us.
QR codes are being sent home, so students can log on to clever and do assignments. If you do not have a camera on your electronic device, the login for your student would be his/her email (firstname.lastname@opaeagles.org) and the password is Eagles(student number). If you need further information, please contact your teacher. For your information, if you do not have the internet, Comcast is offering free internet during school closure.
Students will need to pass one lesson of iReady each school day.
Students will do 30 minutes of Imagine Learning each school day.
Wonders’ assignments will be found on McGraw Hill for spelling, grammar, etc.
Assignments for writing, science, and social studies will be available on Google Classroom.
Read a good fit book 20 min./day.
Complete packet picked up on Wednesday.

Queridos padres,
Con el cierre de la escuela, nuestro equipo de cuarto grado ha reunido las siguientes expectativas y tareas para garantizar que el aprendizaje continúe durante las próximas semanas. Cumplir con estas tareas será el método que usaremos para asistir. Es esencial que su estudiante continúe aprendiendo en casa para asegurarse de que el año escolar no se extienda más allá del 24 de mayo y que su estudiante sea competente en habilidades de 4to grado al final del año.
El desayuno y el almuerzo se servirán gratis durante este período de dos semanas. Cualquier persona menor de 18 años puede usar este servicio gratuito. El desayuno se servirá de 7:30 a 8:30 y el almuerzo será de 11 a 1.
Los paquetes y artículos personales se pueden recoger el miércoles. Si no tiene un dispositivo electrónico, el horario de recolección para eso es:
Estudiantes con apellido A-F: 10:00 am-11: 00 am
Estudiantes con apellido G-M: 11:00 am-mediodía
Estudiantes con apellido N-R: Mediodía-1: 00 pm

La biblioteca también estará abierta para registrar libros de entrada / salida este miércoles durante los horarios establecidos anteriormente. El horario escolar durante el cierre será de 9-2. Los maestros estarán disponibles con cita solo durante ese tiempo. También puede enviarnos un correo electrónico, un chat de Google o llamarnos.
Los códigos QR se envían a casa, por lo que los estudiantes pueden iniciar sesión en inteligentes y hacer tareas.
