When am I scheduled for Portal Implementation?
We will do our best to get your InteliChart portal out to you as quickly as possible. If you need us to resend the survey, please email us at implementation@officepracticum.com. Once we get started, it can take a few weeks to move the data from OP to InteliChart. Having the portal survey complete, tells us you are ready to proceed.
If your practice is self-hosted (not OP Cloud), it is critical for our teams to have unattended access to the OP database server. Not having access to the OP server will significantly lengthen the time it takes for us to implement this service. Click here for information on how to grant unattended access.
