Time to write the first draft. If you wrote a strong outline, this should be easy.
Do not judge whether what you are writing is good or bad. The goal is to cover the scary blank page with words. You are writing, not editing. Ignore any red or green lines under words while you are typing. You you will make multiple drafts, so do not worry about finding the perfect words, grammar and spelling.
Some things to keep in mind when writing a draft:
Try to write with your own voice. Don’t just spit out researched information. Add your own conclusions and thoughts.
If you quote something word-for-word, you need to cite your source. Use quotation marks and mention the source of the quote.
