Teacher as an Innovator

Teacher as an Innovator is a professional development program for teachers and school leaders in all levels in education.

The participants who have successfully completed their course work will receive a professional diploma that is accredited by the Finnish National Agency for Education. Above all, this is a learning journey that is enhancing teachers' skill set and mindset toward living and working as an Innovator. The course takes around four months and follows the competency based assessment by Finnish Standards.

Mahattattva helps empower schools to implement the most effective, forward-looking, learning practices that have been validated by international educational research; and are also contextualized to the needs and culture of these schools.
