Communication among students, faculty, administrators, and staff are complex. Student help-seeking and faculty communication must be percieved as less risky for students.
STEM mindset supports critical thinking, perserverance, and learning from errors. Building relationships between students and faculty is complicated because of diverse backgrounds and generational differences.
