This regulation is in place specifically to classify those newly hired based on scoring range. Upon them proving proficiency, they can then be integrated into the family. It isn't a one-stop shop, though. A few times a year, we gather all the staff from the IT department and simulate security flaws in a gaming format for them to learn and earn!
