Getting everybody on the same page when it comes to a company's security practices has always been a struggle. At Level Up Security, we believe that the best way to get compliance with security policies is to create a security-conscious culture within a company.

We offer a service whereby our team presents cybersecurity workshops in a fun, competitive, and memorable manner. In addition to our workshops, we also have extended-duration services to cultivate a culture of heightened cyber security awareness within the employee base.

Content in Laypeople's Terms - Proper company security is every employee's responsibility. Making sure everyone is up to date on the multiple facets of security is essential. Although, since not everybody is well-versed in security concepts and philosophies, our educators make sure to implement critical and up-to-date practices. This helps in presenting the concepts in a manner that all employees can relate to and understand. By emphasizing the "why" behind security policies, employees are able to take ownership of the security practices of the company.
Exercises in Awareness and Vigilance - With our experienced illusionist, participants will enjoy a memorable demonstration of how fallible their perceptions can be. Practical advice regarding how to prevent being tricked will be provided throughout the performance.
Ongoing Vigilance Exercises - Our aim is to create a security-conscious culture among the employees of each client. Ongoing vigilance exercises help achieve this by providing services that test employees' vigilance at unexpected times. These services include mock phishing attacks and random security-related knowledge checks.
Personalized Activities and Advice - We understand that every business is different and that no silver bullet exists for creating a security-conscious culture within a company. Personalized activities and advice are offered to all our clients.

One thing that sets us apart from other businesses is our attention to detail and the fact that we practice what we preach. Therefore, the following steps are not only shared, but also emulated by us to show our belief in the system! From day one of interacting with our establishment, it's understood that security takes top priority. Because of this, we have structured testing formats that the new employees must partake in before completion of the hiring process. This regulation is in place specifically to classify those newly hired based on scoring range. Upon them proving proficiency, they can then be integrated into the family. It isn't a one-stop shop, though. A few times a year, we gather all the staff from the IT department and simulate security flaws in a gaming format for them to learn and earn! Inclusion on all fronts is ultimately what sets our results apart from other infrastructures.
