Please park in either:
45th Street Stadium Garage 4904 Bluestone Avenue on floors 2, 3, or 5 (Constant Center garage).
4904 Bluestone Ave on floors 2-5 ONLY (Football stadium garage).
ODU Parking has suspended ticketing from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the event. They also advise guests not to park in any of the clearly marked reserved spaces, as those areas are always enforced.
Any vehicles parked outside the designated assigned area are subject to ticketing. Any contested citations must be appealed through the process at https://odu.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal.
Take I-64 West toward Norfolk.
Continue on I-64 West until you reach the NAVSTA Norfolk (Exit 279B).
Take Exit 276B for I-564 toward NAVSTA Norfolk.
Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Terminal Boulevard.
Continue on I-564 until exit 2 towards Terminal Boulevard, NIT South Gate.
Take exit 2 towards Terminal Boulevard, NIT South Gate.
Continue on Terminal Boulevard for 1.7 miles.
Turn left on Hampton Boulevard
Continue for 2 miles
Turn left on 45th Street.
Turn into the parking garage.
Take I-64 East toward Norfolk.
Continue on I-64 East until you reach the I-564 exit towards Naval Base (Exit 276).
Take Exit 276 for I-564 toward Naval Base.
Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Terminal Boulevard.
Continue on I-564 until exit 2 towards Terminal Boulevard, NIT South Gate.
Take exit 2 towards Terminal Boulevard, NIT South Gate.
Continue on Terminal Boulevard for 1.7 miles.
Turn left on Hampton Boulevard
Continue for 2 miles
Turn left on 45th Street.
Turn into the parking garage.
Cross Hampton Boulevard at the Hampton Boulevard and 47th Street intersection.
Monarch Hall is the first building on the left.
The conference will begin in Room 1113.
