Chapter two covers levels of development and is broken down into three sub-chapters. The first sub-chapter of levels of development includes team discussion around Bri's communication skills. (Illinois Early Intervention Training Program, runtime 9:11)

Sub-chapter two of levels of development reviews Bri's cognitive and self help skills. Team members answer family questions about sensory processing and highlight how areas of development are inter-linked. Family input is encouraged and all team members engage in discussion. (Illinois Early Intervention Training Program, runtime 9:04)

Sub-chapter three of levels of development concludes the levels of development discussion by reviewing Bri's motor and social emotional development. Chapter three covers child outcomes and is also broken into three sub-chapters. The first sub-chapter of child outcomes reviews the three statewide child outcomes and why they are necessary. The family expresses their feelings and the team works to support them through this process. The child outcomes rating scale is also reviewed. (Illinois Early Intervention Training Program, runtime 8:22)

The second sub-chapter of child outcomes includes team discussions around the first two child outcomes.
