Health Information

• Students should report to the Health Office for any medical issue or if medication is needed during the school day.

• Medication - both prescription and over the counter requires a physician’s written order and parent/guardian permission to be dispensed during the school day (use medication administration form below).

• A physician’s clearance note is required in order for students to use crutches or mobility aids due to an injury or illness. 

• Health screenings are completed for every student each school year.

Health Screenings

• All screenings will be completed annually pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:16-2.2 (l). 

• Height, weight and blood pressure - all grades.

• Vision - 10th grade.

• Hearing - 11th grade.

• Scoliosis - 9th & 11th grades.

• Please call or email if you have any concerns regarding screenings. If you would like to opt out please email or send a note in writing.
