If you want to be certified in Project Management, you need to be certified by the Project Management Institute.

There are two levels of certification...
Level 1
CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management

Level 2
PMP - Project Management Professional

To qualify to take either examination, you must have a certain number of hours of informal project management experience. Taking college or university courses in project management count as hours, but so does any work or volunteer experience if it is verified.
To qualify for each designation, you must pass a PMI multiple choice examination. That’s it.
