Risk Management includes a variety of other skills such as problem solving, creativity, planning, resiliency, etc. As a PM you will need to be aware of possible risks that could impact things like Time, Scope, or Budget. As a PM it is your job to decrease the possibility of things coming up - however, you will not know about these if you do not plan ahead.
