As you leave secondary school following your pathway of choice, you will have opportunities to gain leadership experiences and develop your own leadership qualities. It's good to know your strengths and areas of need as a leader. Leadership skills can be practiced at any level regardless of the title you have. Reflecting on your leadership strengths and including these in your resumé or portfolio is a good strategy.

At the conclusion of this module you will:

1. Identify your own leaderships skills, activities and experiences and learn how to highlight these in your resumé or portfolio.

2. Be able to identify a career or post-secondary/training option of interest to you that requires leadership skills. Find a leadership tool or resource from the resources in Module 3 and reflect upon your own leadership skills. Create a plan to highlight how you can make a contribution in a profession or career you're interested in.
