Strategic Action Teams
During March and April, Action Teams will be working on the next phase of the Strategic Planning Process. Action Teams will learn about the district's current practices, conduct research in each focus area, strengthen a culture of collaboration across the school community, and determine the financial feasibility of implementing potential action steps. Action Team Leaders will present their suggestions to the Strategic Planning Team in May.
Teams will focus on developing action steps in the following areas:
