Immaculata BSA consists of multiple staff members and students filled with amazing and mind-blowing ideas. Our BSA is a student-led organization where the voices of the students are heard and acted upon. During meetings, members talk about how to achieve one common goal; A way to better the lives of Black people and everyone, and educate people at large in our schools and communities.
Two reputable black students of Immaculata, and members of MAC BSA, collaborated in creating a powerful initiative. The Blackout Podcast
Their main goal was to create an information source that tackles issues faced by the BIPOC community, hence, the creation of Blackout Podcast.
During the 2023-2024 school year, the BSA refocused the mission of the BSA to look at Black Excellence and rebranded the podcast - Melanin Excellence (M.E.) to celebrate the diversity of our members and school community.

Members of the Immaculata community held a fashion show to celebrate the diversity of culture and experiences of our students. The Colour Tones fashion show was a huge success with teachers and students showing off attire from different cultures and parts of the world. Being able to showcase their authentic selves their personal style gave students a sense of pride in their community.
