In the original picture I see a woven basket on the bottom with assorted fruit piled up inside with leaves surrounding the fruit. On the reversed image, I see a older man's face made up of the fruit. The older man's cheeks are big and rosy like a red apple.

Originally, I saw a herd of Zebras in a field of dry grass looking in the same direction, but looking at it more closely, I see a lion's face in the middle made from the grass and the zebras. The lion's eyes are made from the ears of a zebra and the face is made from the zebra's body and the grass.
