Ceremony Information

Commencement Date and Location

When: Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 2 p.m.

Graduates must arrive no later than 1:15 p.m.

4899 Uplands Dr., Ottawa, ON

Each Graduate will receive 1 parking pass.

Parking at the EY Centre is a flat daily rate of $10. They accept Visa or MasterCard for express parking, as well as Interac or cash options.

Commencement Guest Tickets

A Google form to order tickets will be sent to student school emails on April 22, 2026 around 2:30 pm

After that date graduates can click here to access the form to order tickets

GRADUATES MUST BE LOGGED INTO THEIR OCSB STUDENT ACCOUNT to access this form

Please do not request access to the order form

All grads must fill out the form to order tickets regardless of the number of tickets needed
When ordering tickets do not include the graduate … grads do not need a ticket
Only 4 tickets can be guaranteed per graduate
Those requesting more than 4 tickets will be distributed depending on availability

Deadline to order tickets is Monday, May 11th, 2026

Commencement Rehearsal

When: Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm

Where: St. Peter cafeteria gym

During the rehearsal students will:

receive their grad gown and cap
return any outstanding items and pay any outstanding fees
rehearse entrance and exit procedure
review pronunciation of name with the MC's

Commencement GRAD FEE

This fee covers the cost associated with the Commencement Ceremony. It includes the rental of the EY Centre, sound and music, Graduation gown, decorations, awards, the Graduation Mass, reception, Grad retreat (buses, refreshments, site rental) and other associated costs.

The fee is calculated based on the number of potential graduating students, which is NON-REFUNDABLE.
