Ceremony Information

Commencement Date and Location

When: Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 9 a.m.

Graduates must arrive no later than 8:15 a.m.

4899 Uplands Dr., Ottawa, ON

Each Graduate will receive 1 parking pass.

Parking at the EY Centre is a flat daily rate of $10. They accept Visa or MasterCard for express parking, as well as Interac or cash options.

Commencement GRAD FEE

This fee covers the cost associated with the Commencement Ceremony. It includes the rental of the EY Centre, sound and music, Graduation gown, decorations, awards, the Graduation Mass, reception, Grad retreat (buses, refreshments, site rental) and other associated costs.

The fee is calculated based on the number of potential graduating students, which is NON-REFUNDABLE.

School Cash Online is open, so you can go ahead and pay your grad fee - due February 28, 2026

Commencement Guest Tickets

A Google form link to order tickets will be sent to student school emails in early May

The DEADLIINE to submit ticket requests is TBD

All grads must fill out the form to order tickets regardless of the number of tickets needed
Students must be signed in to their OCSB student account to access the form
When ordering tickets do not include the graduate … grads do not need a ticket
Any requests over 4 tickets can not be guaranteed
Those requesting more than 4 tickets will be distributed depending on availability

Commencement Rehearsal

When: Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm

Where: St. Peter cafeteria gym

During the rehearsal students will:

receive their grad gown and cap
return any outstanding items and pay any outstanding fees
rehearse entrance and exit procedure
review pronunciation of name with the MC's
