GRAD Gown Order Form
Please fill out the 2027 Grad Gown Form to order your graduation gown for the June 24th commencement ceremony.

Commencement GRAD FEE
This fee covers the cost associated with the Commencement Ceremony. It includes the rental of the EY Centre, sound and music, Graduation gown, decorations, awards, the Graduation Mass, reception, Grad retreat (buses, refreshments, site rental) and other associated costs.
The fee is calculated based on the number of potential graduating students, which is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Important Dates
Commencement Ceremony - June 24, 2027 at 9 a.m., Cohere Centre (formerly EY Centre)
Grads must arrive no later than 8:15 a.m.
Commencement Tickets - Order form available mid April
Deadline to order tickets is early May
Grad Fee - due end of February - pay through SchoolCash Online
Grad Gown Order Form - due Monday, November 16th, 2026
Grad Retreat Mass and Breakfast - May 2027 at 8:15 a.m., St. Peter High School
Garden Party - Thursdsay, June 3, 2027 from 3:00-5:30
Prom Dinner Dance - Thursday, June 3, 2027 from 6:00 - 11:00 pm

Commencement Rehearsal
When: Wednesday, June 23, 2027 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm
Where: St. Peter cafeteria gym
During the rehearsal students will:
receive their grad gown and cap
return any outstanding items and pay any outstanding fees
rehearse entrance and exit procedure
review pronunciation of name with the MC's
Commencement Guest Tickets
A Google form to order tickets will be sent to student school emails in mid-April
After that date graduates can click here to access the form to order tickets

All grads must fill out the form to order tickets regardless of the number of tickets needed
When ordering tickets do not include the graduate … grads do not need a ticket
Only 4 tickets can be guaranteed per graduate
Those requesting more than 4 tickets will be distributed depending on availability
Each Graduate will receive 1 parking pass
Parking at the Cohere Centre is a flat daily rate of $10. They accept Visa or MasterCard, as well as Interac or cash options.
