Please ensure that checks are made out to the landlord whose name appears on your lease. Checks made out to "O'Connor Apartments" will have to be returned.

Electronic Payments:

A processing fee of 3.5% is charged in addition to what you owe. This is not automatically added into your payment so you must manually account for it. You will owe your payment + 3.5%. Payments won’t be accepted without the fee.
