Coach Sanders has been coaching at North Oconee since 2010. She teaches American Government and is also the Head Coach of the NOHS Gymnastics team.

Coach Laughman has been coaching at North Oconee since 2019. She teaches math and sponsors Student Council at NOHS.

Coach Melton has coached in the North Oconee cluster since 2007 and has been a member of the Sideline staff since 2022. She teaches PE at Dove Creek Elementary School. Coach Melton also coaches Track at Dove Creek Middle School.

Coach Fullington is a North Oconee cheer alum and has been a member of the Sideline staff since 2025. She teaches PE at Rocky Branch Elementary. Coach Fullington also coaches Track at North Oconee.
