You are going to research a famous entrepreneur and create a video podcast documentary lasting between 3-5 minutes . You will be recording an audio track and putting graphics that coincide with the audio to create your video. You will be scored as follows: Research-15 points; Bibliography-10 points; Movie-35 points. Deadlines are firm.

The following information is MINIMALLY necessary to create the interview:
- Your Entrepreneur's name, birth date, and place of birth, growing up.
- Background of your entrepreneur—what factors Influenced him/her into entrepreneurship.
- Obstacles your entrepreneur overcame in order to be successful (example: past failures).
- Companies, products, and/or services your entrepreneur started.
- What qualities helped to make your entrepreneur successful.
- What you can learn from this entrepreneur.
Record your information on the document ( previewed right). Each of you has been given your own copy in today's Google Classroom assignment post.

- Construct the script (previewed below) from your research in Part 1. Each of you received a copy of the doc. in today's Google Classroom post. Be sure to make it flow like a story and not a laundry list of facts. YOUR OWN WORDS!!! Do not cut and paste from the internet!!!
- Practice the script. The challenge here is to tell the story with appropriate enthusiasm. If you simply read the script, it will not be highly effective. You will receive a public speaking grade for your audio recording in the video. The audio assessment is included in the rubric at the end of this assignment. Be sure to check that while practicing. Practice out loud! Volume, articulation, rate, and tone matter -- No non-fluencies!!

- Create a folder in Google Drive called Entrepreneur. Inside that folder, create another folder called Entrepreneur Graphics.
- Gather images from the web and save them in the Entrepreneur Graphics folder. Choose images with good resolution. Your images will need to coincide with your script, so choose pictures that help tell the story.
- The dimensions/ resolution of your images are varied. In order to make them fit your movie screen, create a Google Slide Presentation with the images and text you would like that are in the order of your script. Use the 16:9 slide ratio so the final movie will be YouTube suitable.
- In the Entrepreneur folder, create another folder called Final Slides. Download each slide as a jpeg. and drag them back into this folder.

- Record your audio in the library. There are 2 locations with Yeti microphones to do this. You will record and then edit your recording.
- Create a folder in your Entrepreneur folder called Audio.
- Keep a copy of the original recording and your edited recording in the Audio folder.
You have the option of green screen video of you narrating and this can be put on your movie over your pictures.

- Use Movie software of your choice. The library has MovieMaker and Adobe Premiere.
- Download the Final Slides Folder in a Zip file from Google Drive. Drag them from the Zip to your "H" Drive (your Hard Drive on the school system). All of your images will need to go into the movie editor from this location.
- Add your edited audio file. set the timing of the images to coincide with the audio narrative. Be sure to have an introduction and some final closing thoughts. Use a transition between each picture. Choose a transition that is easy on your viewers' eyes.

Decide if you would like instrumental mood music to play quietly behind your narration or just a fade in and fade out at the beginning an end of your documentary.
You might like to download a movie and music intro to edit to open and close your shows. They van be edited easily in Audacity, Adobe Premiere, and MovieMaker, or on a Mac in iMovie or Garageband. Use the folders (right to listen and watch before downloading. Be sure it foods the "mood" of your project. You may create your own, of course, as well from your own music and use still image backgrands with text animation.

Create a Google doc. in your Entrepreneur folder called Bibliography. Submit a Bibliography in MLA format of the sources used to gather information about your entrepreneur on your instructors Bibliography assignment post.
- 1" margins top, bottom, right, left
- Size 12/ Times New Roman Font.
- MLA Style Header (upper right corner, your last name and page #)
- Center (Control + E) the Title Bibliography.
- Enter (Return) and get the cursor on the next line for the first entry.
- Left justify the first entry and set a Hanging Indent.
- Alphabetical order for all entries.
- No extra line spacing.
Use the models and video (right) to create your entries based on the type of source you used and format the document properly.
